Leave comments on diff lines while you review, then copy them all as one text to give to a coding agent.

The copied text holds, for each comment, the file, the line, the quoted code, and your note.
In the working tree, a comment follows its line while you keep editing. When the line itself changes, deltoids marks the comment as outdated.
Comments also work in commit and branch reviews.
